Lee's Sandwiches - Milpitas

Terrible customer service. I felt the owner didn't understand English and I had the most difficult time to communicate with her. Ends after something I wanted? I asked for a bigger drink and instead got a bigger cup. Of course, I had to pay for the bigger cup because she already poured the drink into the cup. Great if I want a bigger cup, I'd go to Walmart and not Lee's sandwich.

I lived and worked in Orange County and loved to visit Lees in Westminster. We moved to Idaho and I missed their sandwiches. The work brought me to San Jose today so I couldn't wait to eat there and they didn't disappoint! I have no idea what it's about their sandwiches, but they're my favorites. The shrimp spring roller was also really good. I'm sorry that my photo showed only one as I had already sworn the other two:

The sandwiches were so delicious and filled. They tasted so fresh and probably the best sandwich I ever had. The coffee was amazing, but I?m giving 4 stars because the coffee was like $8

I ordered big ice cream coffee with light ice cream for $7. I had a 1/2 filled coffee and ice cream in a big cup. I was told that they can't fill the whole cup with less ice order. Why do you tell me when I ordered? I won't pay for $7 with nothing.

Well, i have seen this often but decided to write about it this time. A large coffee is supposed to have a large quantity of coffee and not ice. The cup has 3/4th of the cup filled when served, of which 90% is ice, which means they probably pour 1/4th coffee. I mean, I'm ok with the price point but don't be cheap with your customers at least. Disappointed with this mentality especially in the bay area. Please grow with the local culture!
