Kfc - Milpitas

I absolutely adore Kentucky Fried Chicken! It is delicious, and one of my favorites is the mashed potatoes with gravy. I am a fan of Southern food, and where I come from, it is simply irresistible.

I drove up to KFC and ordered a bucket for the guys at home. When I was greeted with, "Welcome to KFC, what can I get started for you?" I was disappointed to hear that they were out of original recipe chicken. I ended up having to settle for the crispy instead. It felt strange to visit my neighborhood KFC and not be able to get their signature dish. It would be like going to McDonald's and being told they don't have Big Macs, only Happy Meals. It just doesn't make sense.

There was no indoor seating available when I visited this restaurant. The day shift server made several mistakes, often forgetting to bring my drink and not remembering which flavor I ordered. However, the fried chicken was excellent. It is a well-known place for its delicious chicken.

Fries, good; Price does not equate to quantity/quality...cool, though. Grap'em, once in a while. #blueMoon

A small location off the main street so you have to really look good to find it. I hadn't eaten there for ages but I was pleasantly surprised. It's very quiet and peaceable. The cashier was very pleasant and my order was prepared quickly. The chicken was delicious especially the original recipe. Downside: a bit greasy but because it's fried, I guess this is to be expected but overall
