Bambu Dessert Drinks - Milpitas

I love all her drinks and desserts. The cash register was nice and they helped me choose from a bunch of items on the menu. I see many reviews saying that they have bad service, but I think if you treat them politely, they will be nice to you. When I went to the store, I saw that some people were very rude when ordering.

Not so familiar with the menu, but the Vietnamese coffee is my wife's favorite and I like the waffle (both types)

Love the drinks here. I just feel like I didn't ask if I wanted jelly or what size I want from the cashier.

Cashier was Phu. I ordered a large hazelnut mocha with less to no ice. Received a glass with 95% ice. I went back to complain. Phu said this is how they make it and she will not make it right. Told her I will leave a review, she said she doesn't care. Exactly the kind of attitude that pushes customers away. At least I am not returning.
