Fantastic experience at the Rooster Farm Coffee Co. After a beautiful drive up a winding road through coffee farms, we arrived at the Rooster farm and were greeted promptly by the owner. Enjoyed samples of the coffee along with a very informative presentation. Would highly recommend this very authentic experience while on the Big Island.

Best dark roast I ever had. It is pretty rough terrain getting to the farm. You will need 4x4. We didn’t and it took long time with rain. But it was worth the drive. Best dark roast and medium roast.

Ed was very informative. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely a must to visit and try the coffee. The drive up was part of the adventure. Thank you for hosting us.
