Domino's Pizza - Millville

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the prices for the pizzas are quite steep considering their size. When I visited, the place was really busy, and even though we were told our wait would be 15 minutes, we ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes longer than that. In total, we waited almost an hour for a pizza I had called ahead to order, and to top it off, we were significantly overcharged. Typically, the service isn't this problematic, but the prices remain unreasonably high, even with discounts. Honestly, it's more about the convenience of walking there than anything else.

I placed a $90 order and was told it would take about an hour. After waiting an hour and a half, I called to check on my order and was informed that the screen was backed up, which caused delays in all orders. There was no apology offered. Later, the delivery driver called my phone but didn’t identify herself; she simply remarked that my house was very dark. This experience felt very unprofessional, and I believe it deserves less than one star, if that were an option. I will not be recommending this place and won’t be ordering from here again.

The pizza here is consistently excellent; you can't go wrong with it. The staff are friendly, and I've never encountered a single problem during my visits.

I would give this store a zero, highly unrecommended. Staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Ordered delivery, not only was it not delivered, but upon calling to inquire about the food, the gm would not give her name, and continuouslydisconnected the line of communication. I work in the food and beverage industry, and I know after working a double I did notwant to cook, but instead opted for delivery, not only did I not get my food but I was told they were short staff, and whenI called back from a different number and inquired about employment was called sweetie and was informed that they were nothiring. I would not recommend this place at all, people who work in the food industry should know how to deal with the public,and if they can 't they shouldn 't be in that industry. I will be contacting corporate.

They said my order was delicious and I never got it, the GM said they are going through a glitch and my food will be here soon. I called back and and the GM hung up on me .
