Dunkin' - Millsboro

Cashier was very slow. Two people in front of me and waited almost 10 minutes. But the iced coffee was worth the wait.

The coffee and the sandwich were great, but the cashier took a personal phone call during our (driving through) transaction. Very unprofessional behavior, as it does not appear as an emergency call.

It?s funny how the small acts of kindness are the ones we remember the most. I?m thankful for stopping at this Dunkin location, and praise is due to both Bianca for taking care of me AND her manager for setting awesome examples. You can almost always trace great customer service back to a leader, and it looks like this Dunkin? franchise has found a great one for its store.

Drive thru line was longer because it was a holiday weekend but the staff did an excellent job to move everyone through quickly. Also, iced coffee was stirred! Usually the mocha is just laying on the bottom from other coffee places. Great job.
