Milano's - Millington

This restaurant is fantastic! My family loves coming here whenever we're in the mood for a nice, quiet place to eat. I highly recommend it!

I had an excellent experience at Milano's! They serve authentic pizzas, and their portions of lasagna and ravioli are enormous. The salads are also quite large. What really sets Milano's apart is their outstanding customer service. After several call-in and pick-up orders, I can confidently say that their staff must have been trained at the "Chick-fil-A School of Customer Friendliness." I’m always greeted with a warm, genuine smile that makes me feel welcome right away. The casual atmosphere is nothing fancy, but the delicious food more than compensates for it. My only complaint is that I can't enjoy their food on Mondays; what's up with that in this area? Keep up the great work, everyone!

I called in and ordered a veggie stuffed pizza along with garlic knots. When I got home, I was disappointed to find a plain cheese pizza instead, and the garlic knots were dry with no garlic butter. I’ll give it two stars because at least I received some pizza, but the order was definitely not right.

The pizzas are fantastic, especially if you enjoy traditional Italian flavors. However, the owner/manager was quite rude to our group. After we ordered a substantial amount of food, he seemed annoyed with us, even though we were quiet and kept to ourselves. When I went back to the counter to order an additional entrée for someone who had just arrived, he had a pretty bad attitude. It would have been nice if he had at least expressed some appreciation for our business.

The food and service were fantastic! I placed a call to order, and the pizza was perfectly ready for us when we arrived to pick it up!
