Buffalo Wild Wings - Millington

I have never had food poisoning before, but after eating at this restaurant, I felt extremely ill. The waiters and waitresses were friendly, but both they and the locals mentioned that it doesn't matter how nice the kitchen staff is.

My son and I were traveling and stayed in a hotel near this restaurant. It was late, around 10 o'clock, and this was one of the few places open past that time. The lady on the phone said it would be a 30-minute wait, but I arrived in 20 minutes. I ordered the brisket street tacos without cilantro or pico de gallo, but they added both toppings. The tacos were cold, and they forgot to give me the chips and salsa that should have come with my order. I also ordered a boneless wing children's meal for my son, but the fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. They were lukewarm and not very appetizing. Overall, for the $20 that I spent, I was disappointed with the food and service. I am glad I didn't leave a tip because this place is not worth it.

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent! The person who took my order was very polite and efficient. I placed my order and soon received it. However, the traditional wings I ordered were disappointingly small. On the other hand, the boneless wings were a good size. The fries were freshly hot and delicious. I'll make sure to double-check the size of my wings before ordering next time.

We go here quite regularly after the training bjj. darron always takes care of us!

Was awlful service. Table was soaking wet when we were seated. 3 of us eating but only 2 of us received our food. Waiter never came back to check on us. No napkins or utensils. And then when we got the check had to get the managers approval before they would take meal off that we didn't receive. And on top of all that it took forever. Will have to think long and hard before I go back.
