Subway - Millersville

This store is the worst Subway location in Anne Arundel County. They will cancel your order manually even if you get email confirmation that it's ready if you use coupon or if there's a promotion like buy one get one. Also if you order online, they will put inadequate meat on it and load your sub with lettuce and other topping that you would not even notice the protein. This store also operates without a supervisor and a manager on duty. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Pretty clean location you could smell the fresh paint which was sort of a bother but we got over it. Service was quick and food was as expected.

Worst place to order food! Their service is horrible, the older lady and her husband are old and can’t follow mobile orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUBWAY!

Was told they would not honor the buy one get one free and put hardly anything on sandwiches and could barely speak

They don’t have cups for water, and don’t take coupons that would actually save you anything…
