Needs cleaned up daily, service wasn't too bad and could use work. Food was decent. Might try something other than pizza next time or another place. Parking: Definitely would say it needs a little work. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Manager overrides expired foods, allows employees to use product for public consumption. Health department needs to investigate Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

During our visit to Amish country from Indiana, we stopped by Fox's Pizza Den. The pizza was fantastic, and we also ordered some pizza rolls, which were delicious! Although we were the only customers dining in at the time, there were plenty of pizza pickups happening. The person who took our order and delivered our food was very friendly! If you're in Millersburg, Ohio, and craving pizza, I highly recommend Fox's Pizza Den!
