Some of these reviews are accurate, you will be waiting a while for your food. However, the staff -Cerria(? in particular, is doing an amazing job. The chicken and fries taste FRESH, and the customer service is the best I’ve experienced at a fast food place. Please be patient with the staff here, the quality of their work ethic is unmatched.

We spent nearly 30 minutes waiting for an 8 piece box and 2 family sides (dirty rice and coleslaw). After about 15 of those minutes, someone came out and said they didn't drop all the pieces to make up the regular 8 piece box (breasts). So, finally we got our order in 29 minutes. We got home and they had put green beans and coleslaw in the order instead of the rice. The receipt had green beans on it as well. Green beans and dirty rice sound NOTHING alike when ordering. So, back to Bojangles once again to get the rice because we don't eat green beans from there. All the while we are waiting, the person from the driver thru is all out the window and bringing food out to someone who clearly did not have time to order at the speaker. Probably getting some free food. Smh. We won't be returning here, at least not for a long while.

Made an online order for chicken, two large mac and cheese sides, two large mash potato sides and one large cole slaw. Went to pick it up 30 mins later. Wasnt ready when I arrived, then i was told that they were out of cole slaw. I asked to substitute the cole slaw for a third mac and cheese and was told that they were out of mac and cheese and only had enough for the two larges. Told the cashier to just give us whatever they have available-fries, potato's etc. I will not be going back. This place is a joke.

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and drink everything was so fresh I didn’t want to leave the parking lot highly recommend this location Parking: Alot of space and very clean

New manager, She is wonderful. I stopped going here because of bad service. It seems like they have fixed the problem.
