Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

First time there and the good was fabulous! Cooked fresh to order, best fries ever! Staff was friendly, unfortunately I was to full to try the frozen custard but I will try to save room next time:

I?ve eaten at this location a total of five times. And I believe today was the worst. First off, dining in is always a huge mistake. But I like sitting down with my family to eat. So I tend to give it a shot anyways. I can tell drive thru takes precedence over the dining room. Which I understand. But to wait 15mins for my food being the only customer in the dining room is ridiculous. This is the norm when I go. Every single time. It?s always a very long wait time. The other issue this evening was the cashier who rung me up. She was sitting at the table looking out the window with a headset on, slowly got up when I walked in, made her way to the counter and seemed so disgruntled and annoyed. She didn?t speak unless spoken to (taking my order). She was not happy the least bit. Another issue is like others pointed out, a lot of sitting around by employees at a booth. Every time I go in, they have a table specifically for them sitting. Their personal items will be on the table, and they continuously go back and forth between customers. And lastly, the women?s bathroom ALWAYS smells like sewage. It?s clean. But smells terrible. The food is GREAT! As always! The staff is usually always nice, especially when the manager is there. She is always super nice. But this evening the cashier was not feeling it and I wasn?t the most pleasant experience.

This has to be the most disgusting place ever. Staff was rude and not so friendly. I normally give a tip to fast food workers but boy did they change my mind. We ordered milkshakes and we could barley even drink them. Tasted like cheap chocolate ice cream. Wasn?t smooth what so ever and wouldn?t come out the straw. the fries alone are so sorry, takes horrible. Please save yourself the money and go to sonic, hell even the grocery store at this point

Sonic wasn't taking orders. Went next door to Freddy's. Watching from the pick up window. Everyone was on their phone. Guy fixing out onion rings wore one glove (which also operated his cell phone) and opened up the bags with his ungloved hand, sat his blue jean butt on the counter where our sad burgers were prepared. Everyone touching their face, adjusting their clothing, eatting their own food and NEVER washing their hands. How would they like it if I wiped my nose and smeared their burger with the same hand???

Service and production output has dropped immensely. Food used to be worth paying $15 for a fast food meal, but not anymore, not even close. A complete let down.
