Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Millbrook

I went to pick up my online order from the restaurant only to find out that they were out of popcorn shrimp and mac and cheese, items that I had ordered and paid for in advance. They did not indicate on their website that these items were unavailable. Instead, I received alternate choices without any price adjustment, resulting in me being overcharged for my meal.

I gave it three stars because the chicken is always good. The food is always good but every time I get home all my food is not there either I order strawberry biscuits or two large mashed potatoes. Today I didn’t get my large mashed potatoes last time I didn’t get my biscuits and I don’t know what was wrong with the server. He asked me is there anything else I would like? I told him hot sauce and honey he told me well, it’s not on your ticket.But ok

They nasty my food was disgusting and wasn’t properly cooked do not come here please or you will get sick from there

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant - the chicken was delicious and the service was top-notch!

I was impressed with my blackened chicken dish and it was served promptly. However, there was a couple at the restaurant who were still waiting for their food when I arrived and were still waiting when I left. The woman said they had been waiting for 30 minutes and still had not received their chicken. They had ordered a larger quantity, around 12 to 15 pieces if I recall correctly, but it still seemed like a long wait. The staff did confess to forgetting to prepare more chicken for their order.
