Small Shed Flatbreads - Mill Valley

This is a small place that supports the Marin organic farmers organization, so it offered a number of organic options. There are about 10 tables inside, they serve wine, have a nice list of beer, serve fantastic salads and delicious thin crust flatcake pizzas. Nice for a light meal with friends. The staff was friendly and the service was fast.

Have you ever stared at a waiter, waiter or bartender and they stare right past you as if you were made of glass. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one to exaggerate. It happened about four times with the Bartender. It was pretty funny because he was more into the waiters than the customers. What was great at the small herd was this huge wood burning stove, which was clear for everyone to cook their food. It was amazing that two chefs work so hard in front of this very hot oven. These two chefs worked their ass off, tasted after the court. I know because I sat at the bar when I watched the court after I was given to the waitresses. First we went in for beer and wine.
