Bidrage med feedbackWent to the local Subway in Bolivar Mo and ordered 2 foot long club sandwiches. The young man asked if I was going to use a coupon, which I was. He said they were instructed NOT to honor the coupons on the club sandwiches! I stated that the club sandwiches were not excluded on the coupon and to refuse to honor it was FALSE ADVERTISING! I again asked if they were going to honor the coupon or not. He said No! I left and will take my business elsewhere! Subway is going to lose a lot of customers by FALSE ADVERTISING!!
I'd could give 0 I would. Ordered online ordered two sandwiches wanted one to be a wrap. Well needless to say there was an error message kept popping up when I tried to order wrap so I ended up wearing two subs writing in the special instructions to sub White wrap. I got the ingredients for the wrap wrapped in White deli paper. I'm trying to explain to them that was incorrect the manager came around the corner with attitude even worse than mine as he's sandwiches were for my 75 year old parents I had worked all day and just wanted to get in and out. They were worried about their inventory. That's what I said inventory a three cent wrap. First of all why would you put it on freaking paper. You work in the restaurant business you should know what a white wrap is. I asked her if there was a way she can just take it off of the sub roll and put it on the wrap. She said she would have to refund my entire order and have me start all over again knowing that this money was not going to go back to my card therefore I had to use cash. She then grabbed my order and said I should go someplace else. I have been in this business for over 40 years and I have never spoke to a customer like this before. I do not believe our customers are correct however a manager has been talking to a customer the way she talked to me. I tried to contact customer service but everything is done online now and after reading all the reviews about it they're not going to return my message anyways. Subway you suck
I ordered online hoping for a delicious sandwich, but what I received was disappointing—no meat at all. This is not what Subway promises.
The restaurant has switched to digital customer service, and unfortunately, no one responds to phone calls. It seems that customer service is not fulfilling their responsibilities, despite being compensated for it. This applies to marketing managers and others in similar roles as well. If you believe for even a moment that they care about their customers, think again—they only care about our money. You might enjoy the food now, but just wait until there's a mistake and you try to provide feedback. Once they have your payment, they don’t seem to care about your comments. Enjoy the experience!
I ordered two subs (order ID: 2/a-385973, host order ID: spm20220531030644, served by: 9179 334 pm), and both were incorrect. They were missing several ingredients. I called the store and offered to bring the subs back to show them the mistakes. Instead of assisting me, the employee argued with me and insisted that the subs were made correctly. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with my order at this location, but it is the first time I’ve been met with such resistance when I tried to address the problem. This location is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever visited. My orders are consistently missing items or made incorrectly. The only time I received my order correctly was when three high school students served me—hats off to them! It’s disappointing that these kids can manage the store better than any adult I’ve encountered there.
