Starbucks - Milford

Lex was amazing! Everything was just great! I was having the worst day and talking with her and getting a nice iced coffee was just perfect and exactly what I needed!

My barista today was Lex and she was awesome. My order was correct and I got it in a timely manner. Will most definitely come again.

It's typical Starbucks...but good lord are some of the employees rude. Some of them are very nice but the other ones...yuck terrible attitude.

I've visited milford starbucks several times now, and while the staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, I've found the temperature of the coffee to be disappointingly inconsistent. As someone who prefers their coffee piping hot, it's frustrating to receive lukewarm brews time after time. Despite the pleasant atmosphere and excellent customer service, the lack of attention to the temperature of the coffee consistently detracts from the overall experience. I hope the management addresses this issue soon, as it's the only thing preventing me from becoming a regular customer.
