The tiramisu cake looked very good, but had a strong lemon taste on it. no one finished their pieces and the rest was thrown out. I said the bakery and her answer was, “h, that is different”.

Who decides to change their hours and close their store by 3 pm, before most of the normal world gets off work, before the holidays.... apparently this store. Several people walked up after me to find a locked door as well.

The staff were very kind, but I was so disappointed to bite into my eclair and end up with a mouth full of sugary cake icing, instead of rich egg custard. I would have thought Servatti was better than that cheap stunt.

Probably the best bakery items and friendliest staff I’ve ever seen.

The quality of the food does not meet the expectations and the prices are higher than anticipated. I was quite disappointed with my last visit.
