Bidrage med feedbackThis place was not good. I was so disappointed. Our waiter didn't write anything down and then kept coming back and asking us what we ordered. He forgot our appetizers many times and gave us (4 people) 1 small basket of chips to go with 2 bowls of salsa and 2 bowls of bean dip. We kept asking for more chips because one basket was not enough for 4 people. This was just ridiculous. Food came out so late and it was not even good AND it was extremely overpriced for what came with it. Will never go back unfortunately. Also found a hair in our wings.
Didn't actually get a change to order anything at this location at the milford mall because the manager told me and my 5 year old son to get out because my son had a frozen drink from the pretzel place in the mall. The manager José said it doesn't matter if he is a child and drink is from the mall we must get out. I understand you sell drinks at toyr establishment but he is a child and I was going to order the seafood burritos and a drink that I had in the trumbull location. My son also wanted quesadia. Very disappointing and rude experience with the manager José. Went next door to Buffalo wild wings no one said anything and welcomed our money with open hands. Will go back to teumbull next time never the milford location again.
Absolutely horrendous experience at this restaurant. We were served old, microwaved food that not only tasted terrible but also left my entire family feeling incredibly sick with stomach aches. The worst part was that my 12-year-old cousin suffered from severe diarrhea and vomiting for two agonizing days after eating here. The food was anything but authentic. As if that wasn't bad enough, we ordered a $10 margarita which turned out to be nothing more than a glass of margarita mix—no tequila whatsoever. A complete waste of time, money, and health. Avoid if you want to keep your stomach!
Ordered a dish with shrimp. Every single shrimp had the shell on and to make it worse, it was covered in tomato sauce so the customer couldnt even take off shrimp shell easily. I had to take the entire meal home because it was too much work to eat there. I understand chefs wanting to go home because it was around 9, but the restaurant said it was open until 11. It's not the customer's fault if people come in at 9 for food when the restaurant says open til 11. It's incredibly unprofessional to serve a dish without deveining the shrimp first to customers, especially when you cover the entire plate of food in sauce. Not coming back. Dont recommend. And if staff doesn't want to cook meals that require more prep late, maybe close the restaurant earlier? Just a thought.
I have no complaints, always come here. Nice place isn't too full , attention is good. Definitely a good llave to have dinner or
