Chez Renee French Bistrot - Milford

Beautiful wine map, as expected from a French restaurant. They had a nice series of appetizers and we went with the baked bride. The roasted baguette slices they served were just perfect. One of my children had a burger who looked delicious and I think they agreed that it had almost disappeared in record time. My other daughter had a cheese croque, which is essentially grilled cheese, but still looked incredible. My wife enjoyed her risotto and I tried a little, but not enough to make a verdict about it. My Bleu salad was good and as described. I liked my mussels and frits. The broth was good. I ordered spicy, although it wasn't me. It was certainly delicious and tasteful. I broke up with more baguettes. I wish someone had been open to dessert, but everyone was full.

I was here for lunch 5 years ago with my son and ever tried to get my wife to try. Not sure what took us so long, but we're glad we came back for dinner. My wife had a desire for salmon and I had planned to try the Cassoulet or Raclette, but when I heard the special was beef bourguignon poutine I knew what I had. It was really tender, spicy and the frits were perfect. We decided to have some crepes for dessert, and they didn't disappoint. The seating is a bit close, but we found that we met easily with our neighbours

Great dinner... food and service were exceptional! The restaurant decor is very tired... definitely need a refreshment.

We had delicious cordon bleu. Our waiter was very friendly and explained the menu well. Had a very enjoyable dinner. Will definitely go back
