Bread Bowl Cafe - Milford

For the first time in this place. What a pleasant surprise was to come over this small but charming vegan restaurant. Upon entering we were immediately greeted with a very warm welcome from the waitress and the owners in the kitchen. The warmth continued when we sat down on some live music that was just wonderful. A large selection of different songs and he also took requests. We had a delicious, icy chai tea and checked their big menu. It has such a variety of foods to choose that you are sure to find what you are in the mood for. We were in the mood to mix it with some Middle Eastern and Mexican, so we ordered the Falafel Platter, Taco Platter and Nachos. It was delicious. The nachos were especially our favorites. The Falafel Platter could have used some salad and tomatoes for the bags, but the falafels and their sauce that went with her was very delicious. The Taco Platter was also delicious and full of healthy greens. We cut it off with a really delicious strawberry cheesecake. I love my desserts and there was no disappointment. Maybe a little strawberry sauce above would have made it even better, but it was still very tasty all in the music, the kindness and delicious vegan cuisine made this a really great experience.

Best vegan restaurant I've been to New England before! So many options, and excellent selection of vegan meat substitutes. People are friendly and the train theme is enchanting and original.

Very delicious! I tried almost all bread bowls soups and everyone so far was delicious. Customer service is great, the owners staff are really nice.

Really nice people... Free parking is available... Yummy vegan food... Yummy Smoothies.... Great prices... And they give prophets to a not prophetic organization that helps abused women and their children...
