Don't pay their suppliers, Overcharge clients, get people for trial and don't pay them over and over again, abusive couple working in both kitchen and front fighting with each other every day, create businesses and don't pay their lease, go out of business and don’t...pay their workers for weeks of pay. But well presented nice food Great shame as could be great place

Its a min drive, as it’s not in Mildura, but I would drive for the amazing food and atmosphere. Wife had veg lasagne and I the pork. Excellent

Situated a short distance away from the middle off Mildura the Wooden Door is well worth a visit. We went there for breakfast after a recommendation from a local and we weren't disappointed. A really interesting breakfast menu that would cater to all tastes. The...usual breakfast favorites were delivered with an interesting twist as well as a selection of enticing alternatives. I had the mushroom dish which was a selection of a whole range of different mushrooms cooked in a range of ways a accompanied with great sourdough toast. Really good coffee to go with your choices and a range of interesting freshly squeezed juice options. My partner had the breakfast salad which again had some tasty twists and topped with the perfectly cooked poached egg. Really well worth t the visit, and only few minutes drive from the middle of Mildura.

I have had the pleasure of dining at The Wooden Door four times in the last months and they never fail to deliver on the big food, hospitality, value and decor/setting. Upon opening the door you are welcomed into a world away from...the everyday hustle and bustle of life. Whether dining in our outside the setting is tranquil and charming the owners have certainly put a lot of effort and thought to creating this beautiful spot. You are always warmly greeted and checked in on during your visit. The menu has a fantastic selection at very reasonable prices. Meals arrive in a timely manner and are presented beautifully on the plate. Recent stand outs include the gnocchi with fried chicken and the zucchini fritters with eggs. The Wooden Door is one door you'll always be pleased you opened.

Very much enjoyed lunch, so much I returned the next day for brunch. Plenty of variety, well presented and lovely customer service. If only all places were to this high standard.
