Interesting format as an alternative to the classic steakhouse. informal and young environment, with attention to green details and marketing. You order everything at the counter at the entrance, then you take place. Excellent variety and invoice of Apulian bombs. I don't know an expert on this dish, but I found them tasty and very nice as a starter. I also tasted a tartare, cut to tip of knife as I like, very good (although not in my top 3). Then a kiletto di costata (choice of 3 races in beautiful exhibition at the counter) , well cooked and with a very balanced taste. Do not confuse the fact that there is no service on the command, with the local idea that you spend little; we still talk about meat, if we add also wine, you will arrive anyway beyond the 80 euro cad.
