Post Office - Milán

I've been with my colleagues at the aperitif bar. The atmosphere was very cozy, all delicious, and the staff was super friendly- to recommend!

I was there for an aperitif among colleagues: very good, abundant, good Spritz and very kind staff. Council absolutely!

From Covid the waiting room is closed, on the other hand there is this bar with many tables both inside and outside CIBO good both sleep and toast

I am always reluctant to write negative reviews, but customer service should be a priority for any establishment. Let's talk about a scorching hot day in Milan, with temperatures reaching 36 degrees. Inside a bar without air conditioning, it felt like 45 degrees. I politely asked for a barley coffee, but was told to wait because there was no power. I waited and asked to use the restroom in the meantime. The bathroom was in poor condition, without air conditioning or windows, and no soap. When I returned, the bartender told me I had to wait for my coffee again. With a train to catch, I couldn't wait any longer and informed him I had to leave. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he demanded payment for using the bathroom before I could leave. It's not about the money, but the lack of empathy and understanding in such uncomfortable circumstances. It doesn't take much to make a positive difference.

The restaurant has a lovely and unique setting with vibrant colors. The menu offers a variety of options at reasonable prices. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a gem, and the staff was welcoming and hospitable. Conveniently located right in front of the train station.
