Bidrage med feedbackIt was one of the best restaurant experiences in my life! At the beginning we were greeted very pleasantly and warmly by Theresa. She was there to help us throughout the evening with advice, assistance, information and really delicious drinks!! We each had a 5 course surprise menu. Intolerances and eating habits have already been clarified in advance! Otherwise it was an evening full of surprising dishes, which were incredibly tasty and well thought out. The restaurant works on the nose-to-tail principle and is one of the most sustainable there is. All food is sourced fresh and seasonal from the region and grown. Nothing is thrown away here and everything is processed. And the taste and quality are incomparably phenomenal! For each course we were told exactly what was on our plate, not only by the wonderful Theresa, but also by one of the owners personally. Dear Manuel also visited us at the table to explain to us exactly what we were eating! Towards the end, both owners, Manuel and Eli, were at our table and asked if we had any questions and we had a really great technical discussion! Sustainability, friendliness, good humor, quality, an incredibly beautiful ambience and so much more make this restaurant one of the best I've ever been to! For anyone traveling in Bavaria, this is the best choice for a restaurant!!! Dietary restrictions: Everything is taken care of! Every restriction and intolerance is taken into account and individually adapted!
Unfortunately a total disappointment. Full of expectations based on the good reviews here. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere. The bread starter was tasty...but really nothing special. But the main course “Deer” was really of such quality that I would have loved to give it back. Not well crafted...the meat is extremely dry...extremely little side dish...you can expect more for 40EUR. Unfortunately we made the mistake of eating it and not saying anything. At this price level, a meat dish has to be absolutely top in a fairly empty house. This has really never happened to me in 10 years, for example in the Geisels Vinothek. A pity.
We were at the 9-course menu in the Manuelis and were all very enthusiastic! Super nice service, nice chefs who always serve the food with a beautiful little narrative and top price-performance ratio! The quality of regional and seasonal food has convinced us. From the outside you can watch when preparing the courses, really great!! We are happy to come back!! Service: Dine in
Hidden gem must be if they are around the shelves or mischievous lake. we had a vegetarian dinner and it was wonderful. will definitely be back for the non-veggie set! service was also very good!
For me, everyone visits like a visit by friends in the living room with incredibly tasty eating. in no other restaurant I feel so welcome and good and they eat very rarely better than in the manuelis.
