The Blue Boar Inn - Midway

I didn’t stay in the rooms. We came for breakfast. It was incredible. Delicious food with good portions and not an absolute fortune. Highly recommended!

We had a 5:30 reservation...it felt like our server was rushing us along...wanted to take our order within a couple of minutes of sitting down. Salads out immediately...entrees less than 5 minutes after first course was cleared. Food was great we have dined there many times but this was the first time we felt like they wanted us out of there as quickly as possible.

Location decor by itself would make this a great destination but the food was amazing and service was pleasant and efficient. Enjoyed a quiet and peaceful place to talk with our guests over a good meal.

We love to bring friends to breakfast at the Blue Boar Inn and they always thank us for introducing them to this little Midway gem. The food is delicious and uniquely presented. Grateful we have such a charming place to entertain.

The ambiance was enchanting, especially when dining on the shaded porch with stunning mountain views. We all ordered the chicken scallopini, which was absolutely impeccable—perfectly prepared and seasoned. To make our experience even better, we had exceptional service from Kelly. I highly recommend this place for any type of gathering.
