Vessel Kitchen - Midvale

Inconsistent and underwhelming- came here about 6 months ago and was impressed, I’ve been waiting for quite a while to come back with my wife. Tonight we finally were able to find the time to come together from the other side of town so I could show her why I’d been hyping it up and we both left disappointed. I enjoyed the way the menu and ordering is set up. The food tasted fresh and had decent flavor. This was my first time trying falafel, and it was pretty tasty when warm! But don't let them get cold, that immediately ruins the taste and I didn't know that lol It would also be great to offer some sort of gravy or other comparable sauce for the side option of mashed potatoes because it would've tied the whole meal together and make it more cohesive in my opinion.

The portions were large and the quality was outstanding! The chicken was juicy, the brussel sprouts were crispy and seasoned just right, the mac and cheese was savory and creamy. The pork was perfect in the delicious hash; even after reheating it. The effort they put into the quality of the food shines here. I drove 20 mi to get this and I will again. The service was good.

Great healthy food and amazing service, my husband and I love coming here for lunch, sans kids. We always get the good and plenty, and chicken and beet salad, and the Mediterranean plate. So delicious!! And they have very yummy water.

Haven't done a dine-in yet. truly. only. put 4 stars there to mix it up as I can't comment on the atmosphere truly. but wonderful food and such unique options… as easy as fast food but really fresh and healthy for such ease. yum!!
