Pho Cali - Midvale

I visited this restaurant while I had a cold, so my sense of taste might not have been the best, but I really enjoyed the experience! The service was incredibly friendly and entertaining, provided by genuine people. The atmosphere was lovely—not too loud, making it much calmer than some other similar venues. My only suggestion is to switch to reusable shells and spoons, as the disposable plastic contributes to waste, which is disappointing. This is the closest place of its kind to my home, and I will definitely be returning!

I had never tried Vietnamese food before, so I felt a bit nervous going to this new place, especially since one of my favorite spots is a street vendor. Fortunately, they weren't busy, which made for great service. The food was incredibly delicious, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. I think this will become my new go-to spot for soup, especially with winter approaching. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

If you're looking for genuine Pho, this is definitely the place to be!
