Hidden gem! Walking distance from UNLV and has delicious food at an extremely competitive price. Tons of excellent vegetarian options and the French press Thai coffee is to die for : Combo plate is a great value and the service is always prompt! Definitely worth visiting.My favorite plates are spicy garlic stir fry with tofu and orange chicken glaze on tofu. The tofu is crispy on the outside and super soft (not rubbery on the inside. Combo plate comes with fried rice, lo mein or steamed rice and a spring roll.Go here, you wont regret it!

Piranha Kitchen is not a hole in the wall Chinese place. The decor is more modern and trendy. As is the music. But I did not visit for the atmosphere. I came for the food. And the food I got was pretty on point. $9.95 got me an egg roll, fried rice, chow mein and an entree (spicy garlic chicken). The egg roll, as always, was standard. Nothing spectacular. The fried rice was simple but good. The chow mein noodles were good in texture but the flavor was honestly lacking. My Spicy garlic chicken is where all the flavor was at. It was, as you would expect, spicy and heavy on the garlic. The chicken was tender. And the zucchini and celery was plentiful. I walked away from this meal very full. A good meal and at a fair price. Solid service. Good location for where I work. This is a place I will keep in the old Rolodex for next time.

Coming from DC this Chinese/Thai food spot was pretty basic. Great service but the food was not flavorful. In DC we have great carry outs so maybe I'm spoiled.

I absolutely recommend anyone to come here. We were very satisfied. Customer service was beyond amazing down to earth from Cali like me. Clean environment and food was just delicious.

Delicious! As others have mentioned, taste+quantity+price+service makes this a =great= casual Chinese eatery.Had the Orange Sauce Shrimp and the Kung Pow Chicken entrees (both pictured). Probably the best Orange Sauce I've ever had (house made) and the King Pow was a solid Chinese staple.10/10 would go again to try the soups and the rotating specials ?
