Founders Coffee - Midtown UNLV

Great place when I visit from PA I always get my coffee.....

I spent $12 and the blueberry scone tasted freezer burnt. There was also an hair on the bag the pastry came in. Only 2 starts cause the first time I went the coffee was good.

Mentioned it was my first time in and really didn't know what I should order! Menu was extensive but was given no real suggestions unless I asked. Felt pressured due to people behind me waiting to order. I just quickly ordered a smoothie, but was not really paying attention to size and price much until it came to my table! $8 something for about 8oz of smoothie made of oj, mango and pineapple. I was shocked to see how small the SMALL was! My friend ordered a large for about $10 and about 14 -16oz? Too pricey for regular visits these days. Service was ok and atmosphere was relaxing. Lots of folks in there working on their laptops. Didn't see them having much to eat or drink. Maybe a cup of coffee, which seems more than fair in order to sit in a pretty place, and use the wifi. I'll be back again to try something else, but going to have to save up first hahaha.

Overpriced for mediocre coffee. Nothing special at all. There are other speciality coffee houses in the area that are worth every penny. You'll find a better cup at McDonald's.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE GONE IN AND THESE POOR EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING WHILE SICK!! They shouldn’t be working, let alone handling food. The manager, Susie is evil for making them work.
