Thava Indian (monte Casino) - Midrand

The Indian restaurant is one of four in this strip mall. Every time I visit Monte, I always make sure to stop by this place for their spinach chaat, which is the best in the city of Johannesburg. There is usually a 30-45 minute wait if you don't make a reservation in advance. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. The prices are a bit higher compared to other restaurants, but I see it as a part of the Indian dining experience. The vegetarian options are excellent and the naan bread is thinner compared to other places. Thank you.
