Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Midlothian

One of the managers there is just absolutely horrid. She cusses and swears in front of the customers and children, talks overly loud about being ?off her meds.? And all in all doesn?t have a very professional attitude and ruined my experience there.

5 star review for the young man, Charles(? , working there each time I go. He provides the best customer service I?ve ever experienced in any retail setting and his sincerity while interacting with customers makes me happy. He must be cherished.

I went in to get a smoothie and ended up waiting for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Despite making eye contact with the employees several times, no one came over to take our order, even though the place was empty.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The morning staff is the most unprofessional and rude group of people I have ever encountered. Just the other day, I saw staff members sitting on the counter where the sandwiches are made, completely unfazed by customers entering the restaurant. It's unbelievable. I won't be returning. Please consider hiring more professional and, above all, friendly staff.

The service was excellent, and the smoothies were great. The Cuban sandwich tasted good, but it could have been pressed a bit longer for better warmth.
