The Grill At Waterford - Midlothian

I absolutely adore Waterford Grill! We frequently go there for breakfast and lunch. The staff, along with manager Shawn, are wonderful; the service is top-notch, and the food is consistently delicious. There's nothing better or fresher in town!

I've dined here multiple times, and the food never fails to impress. What truly stands out, even more than the delicious meals, is the inviting atmosphere and the exceptional staff. They are consistently attentive and friendly. Jadyn and Amanda are particularly charming servers who always enhance the dining experience.

The atmosphere was family friendly and had great music. The food and drinks were good. I watched the interaction of the four servers and only one looked like they liked their job. My server didn’t introduce herself and gave off the vibes that she didn’t even want to be there. She looked between the ages of 18-22 and had no personality at all. I didn’t even know her name until the end of my service when I had to ask another server (some young girl with thick coke bottle glasses who basically acted like she was annoyed I asked her a question) what her name was. I found out her name was Jaidyn (I don’t know if that’s how you spell it) but she absolutely sucked. She clearly needs training on customer service skills. The energy of the two servers (Jaidyn and the other one with the thick coke bottle glasses) were disappointing to say the least. The third young girl server looked lost walking around aimlessly and the older server was experienced with personality about her. She said hi/bye and just acted like a basic human being. This was my first time at the establishment and the GM/Manager was nice as well. It was just be a better atmosphere with servers who had customer service knowledge.

This place is a bar with some restaurant seating. The food is extremely mediocre, uninspiring, and mostly heat and eat stuff out of a can. They look like they get a lot of regular drinkers that go right to the bar.

It's always a great experience here. The food is great and the service is excellent.
