Bidrage med feedbackI'm a vegetarian, so I don't often go to Panera. But I love her cinnamon crunch bagels with cream cheese. They're supposed to die. Yesterday I had a terrible headache and had not eaten all day, so when I got my appetite back, I had an overwhelming need for a bagel. It was Panera. I got a cinnamon for the first time, it was too much yesterday. The lady was so friendly and nice, I got a heart cookie for my kidnapper and a baguette as well. I'm still shocked how reasonable it was. And my bagel was ready in two seconds. So lightly fluffy and crispy. I made my day literally. And the baguette is still crispy today. Also the biscuit was delicious lemon basketcake flavored! My child gave me a crumb.
Panera has good tasting, quality food. Our salads had the appropriate light dressing. The baguettes were fresh. The corn chowder wasn't over salty. My steak cheddar cheese w creamy, horseradish sauce and pickled onions was delicious. Be forewarned the Pick2 is billed per entre and will add up. We were surprised to be charged $25 for lunch. This has been change from former practice. We remembered paying one price for two items w the Pick2 in the past.
The curbside service is awful. I arrived and did the notification to let them know I was there and 15 mins later still no food! Had to call inside to get order and they had to redo it! Second time they took about 8 mins to bring order to the car. By then all the whip cream on my coffee had had disapated into the drink and it looked like it was spilled as the drink level was almost at half a cup! Again, they had to redo the drink order!??
First time back at this location since the pandemic. Kind service and well cleaned inside with social distancing in place at table locations. Ordered a fresh blueberry muffin and Love the Madagascar Vanilla Latte!
Just received my order and upon opening the box to my breakfast wrap, I was greeted by a patch of green mold. Mistakes happen, but quality control and careful inspection of the food being sent out should be top priorities. Not sure how the kitchen staff missed this during prep. Despite this happening, the manager on duty was quick to offer a refund and was very apologetic which was much appreciated.
