Today I tried JamRock Express Jerk at their Posen, Illinois, location for breakfast and lunch. The cabbage was excellent including the Rice and Peas. However, the Jerk Chicken was extremely dry.As a man that has graduated from cooking school in Canada, America and Paris, France, with training in Japan and South Korea including multiple cooking presentations in Washington D.C., for government employees. I can truly say that Jerk Chicken should never be dry and overcooked.I believe that this restaurant will bounce back in the future.

The best jerk chicken in the South suburbs on Western Ave. In Dixmoor ,IL. I am so glad they came to our community ?
