Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Midland

I usually get the Detox Island Green smoothie but the last few times it hasn?t tasted right. There are new employees not sure if they?re being trained properly. I appreciate this place however it would be convenient if they had more sizes for their drinks,I don?t always finish my smoothie and for the price I pay I wish they had more sizing options.

I was never here before and went beyond, but I wanted a smoothie, so I waited, waited and waited. there were 3 girls behind the counter and none of them recognized me, I was the only customer in the load. Apparently, none of the girls are in a position to take orders, they waited for the guy who worked the drive through and he took my order. the smoothie was good, and it was great. I will probably go back, but I will not expect quality customer service so I will not be disappointed.

Was a few times at this place and it's hard for them to get it right. I bought an açaí berry boost and it tasted bad. second time, the driveway and the lobby were closed and they were only where the online orders were made. I placed my order and waited 20 minutes outside. when my command should be ready, I knocked on the door when the sign asked me, and they looked at me as if I were lost and nothing was ready for the pick-up. I would not recommend this location

The personal was rude and very unfriendly and they were very unpleasant to speak. a girl called lurking, working in the back, was the worst of all employees and is a thief, and her associates cover for her, even if they know she is wrong.

My pit bulle is very a part of our family and goes for driving when we go when we drive thrus. they went beyond and beyond to put a smile on his face, that little they knew he had cancer, so it made these moments that his life so much better. many thanks for being so thoughtful.
