I thought Rosa and her husband were both very sweet people. My girlfriend and I ordered her deluxe funnel cake; half was birthday cake and the other was cookie and chocolate. It was very delicious and so much that I couldn't finish it that night, so I woke up in the morning and had it for breakfast lol. Only tweak I would ask is that it had a little bit more of a crunch, was a bit soft for me.
