Rosa's Cafe Tortilla Factory - Midland

This restaurant is fantastic for dining out. The fajitas are of top quality, I haven't found any better elsewhere. I've tried other places but none compare to the delicious fajitas served here. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

This restaurant offers fast and authentic Mexican cuisine, but the customer service could use improvement.

Very good beef tacos, and combo nachos. Carne guisada is good.

My go to spot for sweet tea and fajitas. Don’t forget the queso and chips!! All delicious
