Noodle House - Midland

Specialty Chinese cuisine restaurant in the Permian basin, say what?? Honestly I am bit surprised to find a northern Chinese hand-pulled noodle restaurant in Midland. This is the kind of restaurant that you would only find in big cities so the fact that it actually tastes legit and delicious truly makes this place a real gem. We tried 2 of their appetizers: the green onion pancake and the chicken salad. Both were fresh and fantastic. The green onion pancakes even came with a special curry flavoured dipping sauce. As for the 2 bowls of noodles we got, they were fabulous, especially the noodles; it was great to experience the consistency of freshly hand pulled noodles. Anyways if you choose to try this place, hope you enjoy.

Delicious. This food is authentic, fresh, and tasty. I recommend the chow mein, pan-friend bao and dumplings, green onion pancake, and cut noodles. On top of it being great, it's fun to watch them make it! Making noodles and dumplings like this is an art.

Never had fresh made Chinese noodles and actual Chinese style dumplings. Incredible flavor. Hope this restaurant is here to stay. Every new restaurant has growing pains. Not having brewed tea doesn't bother me at all.

Food is as good as it looks. Portions are very plentiful. Prices are good. I will definitely eat here again given the opportunity. Bonus... You can watch your dumplings and noodles being made.

The staff is very friendly. Food is great and prices are perfect. Shrimp fried rice was really good. I highly recommend it.
