Hibachi Express - Midland

The customer service here is always bad for me. the front counters always have bad attitudes. I ordered fried rice, which has been in the regular and carrots. there was none. it is also pictured with boiled and carrots on the menu board, but she said it didn't come with it. in addition, I waited very long for only a child dish portion sesam huhn with fried rice. what really hurts my mind is the fact that no one interested or even tried to make me a satisfied customer. I understand that we're making mistakes, but if they don't do anything to fix it, that's bothering me.

This is a fantastic spot for delicious hibachi cooked quickly.

The service was fast and friendly, with beautiful staff. My order was cooked exactly how I wanted it. The atmosphere was pleasant and the amount of food for the price was more than I expected and very good. I will definitely be returning and recommend this Hibachi grill. One suggestion: consider getting some sunshades for the windows on the west side as the Texas sun can be harsh. Don't wait, go check out the menu now!

Great hibachi for lunch I always have the scallops and garnel. we go a few times a month and always clean and consistent. I want to try the tom yum next.

The restaurant was bustling and I was hoping for a more authentic experience. However, it had a modern American Japanese vibe. The fried rice was disappointing, but the Gyoza dumplings were delicious. The sesame chicken tasted more like sweet and sour chicken with some sesame seeds. Overall, I was not impressed with the food and probably won't be returning. However, I'm sure others may enjoy it. The staff was very friendly even though they were busy. The egg rolls were tasty, but it made me miss Chinese Kitchen in Midland.
