Caramba's Spanish Inn - Midland

Lowering my rating. This time I came my green chicken enchiladas had little to no chicken in it and the sauce was bland. The service was great and the sides were good. Good chips and salsa too. The tea was fantastic. I don't know if I'll come here again though if I do it won't be for the green chicken enchiladas. I usually like this place not sure what happened today.

I asked for a side of beef, a side of chicken, and some scrambled eggs. Great low carb option.

The foods were too cold. Inside Enchiladas was cold. Not so impressed. PS. This review was over a year ago. I gave them 3 stars. Now I gave the review only one star instead because This isn?t the professional and have no hospitality to solve problems.

Good customer service. Didn't quite enjoy the food but it was ok. I had to add the salsa sauce to my main dish to give it a kick/make it taste better. Overall it is a 6/10 for me and my team.
