Bidrage med feedbackThese are hands down the best dumplings I have had in Orange County. We had the steamed pork and soup dumplings. My kids also loved them. The beef soup with hand pulled noodles and quail eggs is also delicious. The broth is super rich and the vegetables are fresh.
We discovered Wang's Kitchen by chance while heading home from Kartrite. My husband ordered the M1 (beef lo mein), and the hand-pulled noodles were delightfully bouncy. The soup had a wonderful flavor, and if you enjoy spicy food, I highly recommend adding their hot chili oil for an extra kick. I chose the Beijing fried bean sauce noodles, which is a dry dish served with julienned cucumbers, carrots, and fresh bean sprouts. The sauce, made from fermented bean paste and possibly minced pork, was nicely balanced—unlike many restaurants that tend to over-salt it. The vegetables provided a refreshing crunch that complemented the noodles perfectly. Our kids gobbled up their beef fried noodles so quickly that I barely had time to peek at them! We also ordered the chive pockets, but they were only available deep-fried. I was a bit disappointed because I prefer them pan-fried for that chewy and crispy texture. Overall, we would definitely return if we’re in the area; we had a lovely meal. The owners were friendly and very nice. It’s always great to support local mom-and-pop shops!
Wang's Kitchen offers a wide variety of delicious dishes that you'll love! Enjoy your meal!
I visited this restaurant for the first time based on a recommendation, and I was very impressed. It's a beautifully clean establishment with wonderful owners. The food was outstanding! You won't find Chinese dishes of this quality around here except in Chinatown. I highly recommend this place!
This is the best restaurant in Middletown! The braised beef noodle soup with egg and the steamed pork and shrimp dumplings are incredible!
