Mina's Spanish Kitchen - Middletown

I was drawn in by the inviting outdoor dining area and the friendly vibe as I drove by. I really enjoyed my time at this restaurant; the food was fantastic. I had the Lomo Salteado Colombiano, which was absolutely delicious, and the grilled chicken was great as well. The lively music and attentive waitstaff made the experience even more memorable. I loved it!

I had a delightful experience at Pimento, thanks to the friendly customer service. The food was delicious—perfectly balanced and neither greasy nor overly salty, unlike other restaurants. I enjoyed it so much that I went back for two consecutive days, having a wonderful experience both times. On my first visit, I dined in, and on the second day, I opted for curbside pickup.

This restaurant is fantastic! They have a wide-ranging menu that isn't restricted to just one type of cuisine, providing plenty of choices. I was welcomed right away by the staff, who were very friendly and spoke both languages. I ordered takeout, and everything I asked for was made just as I requested. The food was delicious, and I’m eager to try more dishes from here in the future. I highly recommend this place!

I was pleasantly surprised! After living in the city and trying many Latin food options, I had been disappointed in Middletown. However, Pimento exceeded my expectations! The food was incredibly delicious, and the portion sizes were generous for the price. The attention to detail and the service were also wonderful. I will definitely be returning!

The service is consistently excellent when I eat here. The food is delicious, and they always take your preferences into account when preparing your meal. I ordered the Chicken Torta this time, and it was fantastic, especially with the mojito sauce.
