Denny's - Middletown

A month later, I attempted to redeem that promise, but I was given the runaround. I was told the manager would call me back immediately, but I didn’t hear from him until nearly 10 hours later. He promised to replace the order. When I called again today to follow up, I was told that the manager had decided not to assist me anymore and suggested I contact DoorDash, claiming they delivered the wrong order. However, this was clearly the restaurant's mistake! Now they are refusing to either replace the order or refund my money. I will never spend another dime there! What a frustrating experience!
