Deb’s Artisan Bakehouse - Middletown

Amazing little bakery in Middletown. I heard great things before she opened. I really wish this had been in Adamstown, but it will be worth the short ride. She's open to Wed, Sat and Sun. We went to Croissant Day Saturday. She had everything from sweet to savory. Cookies and Baklava. Yums: Probably everything, but we have almond, chocolate and Nutella cream croissants. These are all separated and were some of the best ever. Only the competition was in Charleston with Christophe's. Also had Savory Asiago, sausage and onion jam. That was fantastic. Nothing is stale, everything is fresh, and quality is top notch. Not allow, but would be great, a one-stop shop with some Illy Coffee or freshly pressed ABI. Just a proposal, don't complain.

This place is for tasty to die! I had no better croissant since I last visited Paris! Inspired recipes and delicious ingredients are a real treat for your taste. Add a stop of Debs on your To-do list now!

Deb my family LOVED the Bagels. I admit to eating 1 1/2... what I don't think I've ever done!! I had a whole bagel w/salmon cream cheese. It was perfect! Your shop was totally crazy today Middletown obviously wants Bagels!! Thanks to Adam, the super friendly guy who met all orders and all the other nice people I met in the line in your shop! It was a fun start to my Sunday. We're coming back!

I took my brother and his best friend this morning after I heard great things. These are two teenage boys who will eat something in front of them. Both said they were the best bagels they ever had. My brother said he doesn't want donuts anymore from our local favorite shop, he just wants bear claws. The surroundings are too sweet, warm and friendly. The staff is also so friendly and helpful! Go here!!!

I just added the raspberry cheesecake twice baked croissant to my top 10 list of favorite bakehouse products. The filling was rich, creamy and plentiful. I didn’t have time to get a fork and it was finger licking good.
