When I got it, there was a large spot in the middle that had bubbled up and the toppings slid off, they immediately offered to remake it as a Brooklyn Style promising it would come out better. The manager explained it was due to the combination of sauce and large regular dough. When it was finished it was worth the extra wait. They even let me take both pizzas. These guys went above and beyond.
