Tree Bridge - Middlesbrough

The food at this restaurant was exceptional. All nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was outstanding, with a special mention to Mark who went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly friendly. The only downside was that the acoustics in the restaurant could use some improvement as it was a bit noisy. Overall, a great dining experience.

Enjoyed a lovely meal with friends celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary, excellent food and attentive staff. A flawless evening.

We have been going to treebridge hotel restraunt 5 or 6 times a year for the past 8 years with no complaints. The food and service has always been good in both choice and quality UNFORTUNATELY Last nights night's experience Was Not. We had gone as a party of four all of us having been before After being shown where to sit we were left, eventually having to ask to order drinks, a drinks menu was brought and left ,we eventually had to ask someone to order drinks again Service was slow eventually stopping a waitress to take our food order The starters were fine the main courses not so I don't know whether the kitchen was having a bad night but one of our mains came with the roast chicken over cooked and dry the worst part being the sauce for this various choices had to be ordered specially this was so salty and inedible that both a waiter and then the restraunt manager tried it and agreed it was not good. The other issues included soft floppy chips normally really hot and crunchy and the Caribbean curry on the menu stated prawns as part of the dish had no prawns in it We are not sure if things have changed both at the front of house and or the kitchen but this was not as we have become used to and hope it will be better next time we try Please note we have been so confident in the past to recommend Treebridge to our friends but at the moment last nights experience does not warrant it

Ordered a beef burger fries it was £17.00 what a waste of money. It was like child’s portion. I’ve really had a better meal at MvDonalds. There wasn’t even any salad with it. When we complained the staff were not interested. There wasn’t a manager. What an absolute waste of money. Will never go back there ever !!!!!!!!

I would rate it 0 if I could Went Easter Sunday with my daughter They sat us in a dingy corner we were blocked In By others on surrounding tables After waiting 15 minutes my daughter went to the bar and asked for drinks they said it was waiter service and the drinks would be brought to our table we were then asked to place our order and were told they we’re running out of stuff a bit strange) Eventually one meal was brought out and we sat another 10 minutes and still no other meal came I went and asked about my meal and was told I will see to it By this time my daughters meal was freezing Still no meal so we got up and walked out Bearing in Ming we were blocked in so was not an easy task to get out Told the chap at the door we would not be staying and we would not be returning ever This was my second visit to this place the first been some years before and swearing never to go back way back then But thought it might have got better over the years , I was wrong Later in the day the manager phoned and apologised to my daughter but it was to late
