Great fish and chips always well done and never warmed up cooked fresh for you service very good staff very friendly

Purchased sausage and chips pm tue may sausage was fine but the chips were cold\shrivelled and scrappy. should never have been sold, called them to complain, just excuses made. well if they need two pound that badly shame on them, is it worth losing a customer for quid, plenty of other outlets nearby. my advice go elsewhere

The pensioner's special haddock and chips is hard to beat. There is more than enough. Staff are friendly and even with covid they make sure you are safe.

I purchased sausages and chips on Tuesday evening. The sausages were tasty, but the chips were cold and soggy. When I complained, the staff made excuses instead of addressing the issue. It is unacceptable to sell subpar food to customers. It's a shame that they value two pounds more than retaining a customer, especially when there are many other options nearby.
