Mcdonald's - Middlefield

Terrible experience! I decided to pay with cash at the counter instead of using the kiosk. When I approached the guy operating the register, he used foul language after the manager asked him to keep an eye on the front. He rudely asked for my order, scanned my receipt, threw it back at me, and said "there's your receipt." Additionally, the manager was just standing around chatting with another employee instead of managing the situation. They really need to step up their game.

I live in Mentor, but I travel through Middlefield on Sundays. If you're looking for a fresh and hot sandwich, along with fresh, hot fries, Middlefield McDonald's is the only one I would recommend! Many thanks to the management and staff. Keep up the great work.
