Blackbird Tavern - Middlefield

I've been visiting this restaurant for years and it has never let me down! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is excellent, and the waitstaff is both attentive and friendly.

What a hidden gem! My son takes ski lessons at Powder Ridge, and the food there isn't great. However, this fantastic spot is just a short hop away and incredibly easy to get to.

We've often passed by this restaurant and wanted to give it a try, but the timing never seemed right. Finally, we found ourselves nearby and decided it was time to check it out.

I wish I had discovered this place earlier – it's fantastic! My husband and I shared the pig wings and a house salad, and we were happily satisfied. The beer selection was excellent, and the service was friendly. The atmosphere was wonderful as well.

I always have a fantastic meal at this restaurant; the quality is consistently excellent. The price per person is around $20–30. I highly recommend trying the Tex-Mex Egg Rolls, the Angus Cheeseburger in Paradise, and the Salmon with Goat Cheese.
