I ordered some food that totaled $40, and then there was an additional $5 charge for delivery. However, the delivery person said my total was $57! I decided to cancel my order, but he just left and said he needed to bring it back. So I didn't get a refund. I called to inquire about the price, but the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and seemed not to understand anything I was saying. She just kept insisting on the higher amount and then hung up on me.

As a result, I didn’t receive a receipt at all. When I called to inquire about the pricing discrepancy, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and pretended not to understand me. She kept insisting that the driver had just left to make another drop-off, which was not true, and then she hung up on me.
